Molly Ironmonger is System Director of Planning and Pre-Construction at Bon Secours Mercy Health.  She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. After graduating from Purdue University, Molly has been fortunate enough to work on many sides of the construction and real estate industries, which includes general contractors, developers and within healthcare organizations. Molly joined Bon Secours Mercy Health in the newly formed Real Estate, Development and Construction department in 2019 and manages design and construction in Southwest Ohio and Kentucky. Molly also supports Preconstruction and Planning throughout the entire ministry, supporting roughly 40 hospitals and 1000 points of care. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of 4 kids with her husband Shawn, a fellow Boilermaker.
