Lennart is a Director of Owners’ BIM at Enstoa and considered an innovation leader of the next generation technological ecosystems, leveraging cutting-edge, spatially data-driven solutions for the built environment. He’s a senior associate professor at Pratt Institute in New York, with a focus on virtual design, construction, and operations methodologies with the intent to foster the next generation of AECO professionals. The current focus is to connect the digitized spatial data with the real environment.

Lennart has authored numerous BIM guidelines, specifications, and implementation plans for agencies such as NYCDDC, MTACC & MTABT. He is the Vice President of the Revit User group of New York and has hosted several seminars covering topics involving advanced BIM modeling and application for design, construction, and operations. He received the Autodesk Excellence award for BIM in 2017, Digital Edge 50 award in 2018, and the CIO 100 award in 2019. He has been a speaker for events such as Autodesk University, AIA Center for Architecture – Innovation in Design & Construction, National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) National Conference, CMAA yearly conference, the ASCE summit, ESRI Conference, Columbia University & RICS Symposium, IFMA World Workplace conference, and DDC Town & Gown Innovation seminars.
