As the Network Vice President of Planning and Construction Management of a $1.4bil hospital network, Lee has overseen $500+ mil of construction over the last four fiscal years. Serving in this capacity, Lee is able to apply his 38 years of Construction Management and General Contracting experience on the owner’s behalf. This knowledge has proven to be an invaluable asset, as it relates to construction costs, scheduling and contract negotiation.
As an employee of some of the most respected Construction Management firms in the tri-state area, Lee has managed and developed projects both in the field and at the executive level for some of the most prestigious and successful organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Some of these clients include, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Cooper University Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Medical College of Pennsylvania, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Princeton University, Lockheed Martin, Prudential Insurance, State Farm Insurance, Sheraton Hotels, Wal-Mart Corporation, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Home Depot, Sears, and the Mobil Oil Corporation. These clients’ projects have ranged in size from $1-150 million. Lee holds a Green Advantage Certificate and is a member of the Healthcare Facilities Management Society of New Jersey founded in 1949.
