Kevin Vos is the Senior Vice President of Facilities & Support Services for Corewell Health. He is responsible for planning, directing, and developing operational strategies to achieve fiscal, customer satisfaction / utilization, and operational goals established by Corewell Health executive management and the Board of Directors.
Kevin oversees an annual operational & capital budget of approximately seven hundred million dollars. He plays a critical leadership role in the Corewell merger focused on activities to drive affordability for the communities we serve. Kevin co-leads sustainability efforts for Corewell & believes that, as one of the largest employers in the state of Michigan, a tremendous opportunity exists to positively impact our community through driving sustainability efforts. He has been instrumental in creating Corewell’s Enterprise Strategic Facilities Plan (ESFP). The ESFP provides a long-term roadmap with investments to the real estate portfolio in both leased and owned properties aligned with the system’s long-term strategic goals and finance plans.
Kevin is a Juilliard trained professional musician that entered the world of health care fourteen years ago. Over Kevin’s tenure at Corewell he has held various leadership roles spanning from corporate executive leadership to acute hospital & post-acute support services and administrative roles.
As an executive leader Kevin has been instrumental in receiving several million-dollar grants for innovative health system programing. One grant was focused on improving the quality of life for those living with chronic illnesses through food that is both nutritious and satisfying and another was focused on a workforce development and career advancement program for Allied Health roles.
Kevin’s accomplishments have led him to be known as an accomplished professional with proven success directing business operation, concept development, financial management and employee growth. Kevin holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music performance from Juilliard and the University of Illinois, as well as an executive MBA degree from Grand Valley State University.
