John Ellis is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager and a Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt. His career in facilities covers more than 20 years and includes experience in higher education, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities leadership.

John is a veteran of the US Army and Utah National Guard. He holds a BS in Facilities Management and an MBA from Brigham Young University and currently works as System Director of Facilities Management at Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, overseeing the operations, maintenance, and energy management of 33 hospitals and 400 clinics in the Intermountain West.

John and his wife Tina live in South Jordan, Utah. They enjoy camping, four-wheeling, and snow sports. They are the happy parents of five children and two grandchildren.
