Gaurav Khadse (who goes by “GK”) is a Registered Architect and has 18 years’ experience in space planning, programming, design, and construction project management for healthcare facilities.

Gaurav is Assistant Vice President, Facilities Planning and Development at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH). His team is responsible for facilities project management and program management of renovations, annual capital projects and strategic expansion projects at Texas Children’s. His team is currently handling over $1 billion in construction projects in various stages of design and construction.

Prior to Texas Children’s, Gaurav held the position of Associate Vice President for Facilities Portfolio Management at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) in Galveston. In his position, Gaurav led a team of architects, planners, real estate professionals, and facilities information associates. His team was responsible for master planning, space planning and design for capital projects as well as real estate leasing.

Gaurav has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Architecture from Texas A&M University with a specialization in Health Systems and Design. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Rajiv Gandhi University in India. He is licensed in Texas and also a LEED accredited professional.
