Charles Shelburne is the Vice President of Real Estate & Campus Planning for Baylor Scott & White. Baylor Scott & White in the largest nonprofit healthcare system in Texas and includes 51 hospitals, more than 800 patient care sites, more than 7,300 active physicians, over 49,000 employees, and the Scott & White Health Plan.

Charles has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare planning, strategic business support, and development of real estate solutions for complex healthcare projects. He has a solid background in client relationship development, leadership, strategic planning, capital budgeting, and project management for a multi-million-square-foot healthcare system. Charles is responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide a dedicated focus on real estate planning & design, occupancy management, and real estate document management for Baylor Scott & White.

Charles holds a Master of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, is an active member and Vice President of the North Texas Chapter of Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP), and an active member of the Deep Ellum Association Foundation (DEF) board.
