Brian Standage began his career out of college with FranklinCovey; an organization that provides leadership effectiveness, and business execution training for organizations around the world.  Brian held numerous progressive roles over the 13 years with FranklinCovey and served as National Director of the Consumer Business Unit for North America, Canada, and Mexico prior to his departure.

He later joined Target Corporation and spent 10 years as a GVP of Stores.  Overseeing the rapid expansion/growth of 13 states and 100+ stores in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Region markets.

Brian transitioned into healthcare and spent 4 years as COO of Banner Boswell Medical Center, 400 bed acute tertiary facility & MD Anderson outpatient services for the Phoenix market.  He was instrumental in leading the 106 million campus expansion of a new Emergency Dept., Patient Tower, Lobby & Retail services.

Currently, serves as CEO for Ambulatory services that include Banner Urgent Care services, Occupational Health, Employer/Employee Services and Telehealth. He enjoys creating an omni-retail healthcare experience within through the integration of digital platform experience, telehealth services, and coordination of specialty care services that create a more seamless coordinated experience for customers. Banner Health Urgent Care is setting the standard of patient value-based care through unparalleled patient experience, quality of care access and enhanced delivery of care services.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications & Journalism, and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration Delivery from Arizona State University. Brian is LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certified and is a certified trainer in teaching 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, What Matters Most & 4 Disciplines of Execution.

Brian is a 6th generation Arizona native.  He and his wife Laura have 5 sons and keep them extremely busy in academics, sports and most anything that involves keeping them outside.
