Dave is responsible for the integrated facilities & support services operation of a multi-hospital system including four acute care hospitals and three specialty hospitals with a total of 1,865 beds. Dave is responsible for facilities (both acute and ambulatory) planning, design, construction, plant operations, environmental safety, and asset management. Dave has completed over 3 billion dollars of healthcare projects in his career including, in recent years, Cape Coral Hospital, Lee Memorial Hospital, Golisano Children’s Hospital, Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Medical Center, and the Regional Cancer Center. Dave also participated as the Planning Section Chief and the Infrastructure Branch Director within the Lee Health System Command IMT (incident management team) which activated during the COVID-19 pandemic and Hurricane Ian & Milton responses. HealthCare Design selected Dave as the outstanding 2022 HealthCare Design 10 Owner of the year & the 2023 Lee County Healthcare Professional of the Year.
Her 25+ year career spans corporate real estate, healthcare strategy, planning, design, construction, and facility operations. Kerrie’s expertise is underpinned by deep financial acumen and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives within highly dynamic organizations. She holds an Executive M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University, further enhancing her holistic, strategic approach.
